Unified.to integrations are connected and managed with lua integrations; the four catalog apps are connected outside the CLI (an app store listing, a WordPress plugin, a browser authorization, or support) and come with their own commerce or booking tools.

Which family: if the product is listed by lua integrations available, connect it with the CLI; if it is Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or SimplyBook.me and you want the synced catalog, baskets, or booking tools, use the catalog app (Shopify and WooCommerce exist in both families, Square and SimplyBook.me only as catalog apps).
